Job summary

Playsimple Games in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking an experienced HR professional to own our HR tools and processes and serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries.

You will design SOPs, generate timely reports from HR systems, analyze data for trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive people initiatives that boost morale and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in HR.
• Functional knowledge of HR domains.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced settings.
