• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Design and implement efficient recruitment strategies using various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc. to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews (phone/video) with potential candidates to assess their skills, knowledge, and fit for the role.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire hiring process.
