NIIT is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns / Trainees in Gurugram to join our recruitment team for end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes. This 6-month internship offers practical experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding to help you build a career in Human Resources.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Support offer, joining and onboarding-related activities.
• Assist the recruitment team with other HR-related activities as required.
