Job description

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR Team in onboarding, HR operations, and documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to learn in a fast-paced, tech-focused company. The HR team at miniOrange plays a key role in driving a culture of innovation, learning, excellence, and employee engagement.

Status: Full Time, Intern

Qualification: Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / BA / B.Com / HR Certification

Location: Baner, Pune

Duration: 3-6 months

• Onboarding & Documentation:
  • Assist in pre-onboarding activities like collecting documents and verifying information
  • Coordinate Day 1 formalities, induction sessions, scheduling, and buddy allocations
  • Maintain employee records, trackers, and HRIS entries
  • Prepare ID cards, create email IDs (as required), and support access setup
• HR Operations:
  • Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records
  • Support in drafting HR letters (internship letters, experience letters, appointment letters, etc.)
  • Assist with policy communication and compliance documentation
• Employee Engagement:
  • Help plan and execute Birthdays, other celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and event logistics
  • Create simple communication content (emails, templates, announcements)
