Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in preparing hiring reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist HR with job postings, recruitment documentation, and onboarding coordination.

The selected candidate will support the HR team in recruitment activities and help build talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles across the organization. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and recruitment coordination. Based on your performance during the 6-month internship, you may be offered a full‑time employment opportunity with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing - Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Resume Screening - Assist in screening resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Recruitment Data Tracking - Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in preparing hiring reports using MS Excel.
