Job summary

KUKU in Maharashtra, India, is seeking an HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding, while supporting campus drives and employer branding initiatives.

The role offers exposure to recruitment analytics, ATS tools, and data privacy practices, with a paid internship arrangement and mentorship from the HR team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–6 months of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internship or project-based experience is acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, including sending calendar invites and reminders.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings and maintain detailed candidate feedback notes.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and candidate databases.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation under supervision.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc tasks related to hiring analytics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data privacy guidelines.
