IBEX is seeking an HR Generalist for its Noida site to provide broad Human Resources support to a technical workforce, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong employee relations, and rigorous compliance with Indian labor laws.
You will partner with site leaders to implement HR programs across the employee lifecycle, collaborate with engineering managers, and support training, performance management, and engagement initiatives for a dynamic shared services environment.
The HR Generalist – Noida assists in leading and guiding the Human Resources functions for the Noida site, which supports shared services and staff augmentation engagements for IT and software companies. The role provides a broad range of HR services to a highly technical workforce — primarily software engineers, developers, and financial/technical professionals — in addition to supporting functions. The HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager/Site Director and supports the full employee lifecycle by engaging with managers, employees, and client-side counterparts in the United States to provide best practices in all areas of human resources, excluding recruiting but including, but not limited to, employee relations, FMLA/ADA administration (as applicable), benefits administration, compensation administration, legal and statutory compliance, safety, performance management, engagement and retention, and training managers in core HR programs. Given the technical composition of the site’s workforce, the HR Generalist must be comfortable partnering with engineering and technical leaders, understanding technical career paths, and supporting HR needs specific to a shared services environment. The HR Generalist is a business partner focused on ethics and compliance with sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in varying situations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily supports the Noida site’s technical and financial talent, providing guidance to engineering managers and employees on HR issues while ensuring positive employee relations and general administration of HR policies and procedures across the site.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to point, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. This is for a full time position. Employee must be willing to travel up to 20%.
