Job summary

Acura Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an HR Operations Associate to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, maintain records, benefits administration, ensure labor-law compliance, coordinate training and engagement programs, and provide guidance to employees and managers while collaborating cross-functionally to foster a strong organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and policy enforcement
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, from managing job postings to new hire orientation
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment and employee communications
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies and support audit preparation
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement initiatives and development opportunities
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and culture
