Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, grievance management, and union handling.
• Proven ability to manage administrative operations at site level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
