Job summary

Trelleborg Group (Trelleborg Industrial Solutions) is seeking a Facilities Engineer to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure, with focus on uptime, compliance, and resource optimization.

You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise contractors, and support facility expansion projects while adhering to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in facilities engineering or plant maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, building infrastructure, HVAC, electrical systems, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems and energy management practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Job Summary

• Ability to analyze facility performance data and drive continuous improvements.
