Job summary

Trelleborg Group is seeking a Project Engineer to handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with production, planning, stores, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatches and accurate documentation.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in internal sales or order management within manufacturing, with a diploma/BE/BTech in mechanical disciplines and familiarity with ERP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in internal sales, order management, or customer coordination in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders.
• Ensure accurate order entry and tracking in ERP systems.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates to customers.
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper sales and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and support post-sales activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business.

Job Summary
