Trelleborg Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Gujarat to handle customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in internal sales/order management in manufacturing, with good ERP and MS Office skills, and a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in mechanical/production (MBA preferred).

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders.
• Ensure accurate order entry and tracking in ERP systems.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates to customers.

• Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, order management, or customer coordination in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial product sales support.
• Knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes.
