Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years of facilities engineering or plant maintenance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of utilities, building infrastructure, HVAC, electrical and firefighting systems.

• Manage and maintain plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, power, water, compressed air, and firefighting systems.
• Drive energy and resource optimization initiatives.

• Manage and maintain plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, power, water, compressed air, and firefighting systems.
• Drive energy and resource optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with production and support functions.

Required Skills and Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in facilities engineering or plant maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, building infrastructure, HVAC, electrical systems, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems and energy management practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in rubber manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Exposure to facility expansion and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Understanding of ISO, environmental, and safety management systems.
• Ability to analyze facility performance data and drive continuous improvements.
