Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
• 3-5 years in internal sales, order management, or customer coordination in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders.
• Ensure accurate order entry and tracking in ERP systems.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates to customers.
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper sales and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and support post-sales activities.

Job Summary
