Job summary

Appentus Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, policy development, employee records, payroll, and relations. The role emphasizes onsite work on a large government/defence project and collaboration with a remote technical team.

You will engage in employee development, policy implementation, and compliance while maintaining structured processes. A degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee databases and reports.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Opportunity to work on a large Government / defence project
