Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, vendors).
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards, report hiring progress to leadership.
• Support onboarding, induction, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management, incl. confirmations, transfers, exits.
• Drive the performance review cycle — goal-setting, appraisals, feedback, and documentation.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives using feedback and performance data.

The ideal candidate has a people-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle independently.

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, vendors).
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards, and report hiring progress to leadership.

Talent Management

• Support onboarding, induction, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Drive the performance review cycle — goal-setting, appraisals, feedback, and documentation — in partnership with team leads.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, using feedback and performance data to inform action.

Secondary Responsibilities (HR Generalist Functions)

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure ongoing policy and audit compliance.
• Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave, new joiners, exits) and administer employee benefits.
• Manage exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, and settlement coordination.
• Address employee grievances and help draft and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with IT, admin, and facilities teams on onboarding and offboarding logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in ATS and HRMS platforms; analytical and detail-oriented.

Preferred

• Experience in the IT/technology services industry.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and employee engagement frameworks.
