Job summary

Progresso Research in Gurugram, India, invites applications for an HR Executive. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, offer generation, onboarding, HRMS data entry and payroll support in a USA-based market research setup.

Qualifications include Bachelors/Masters in commerce or related, with knowledge to build accounting structures from scratch, and strong English communication. Night shift work from office in Gurgaon is required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for junior to senior levels via portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial telephonic discussions and face-to-face interviews.
• Negotiate compensation for final offers and prepare offer/appointment letters.
• Manage joining, onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Complete all documentation and feed details into HRMS; generate employee IDs.
• Process payroll and issue salary slips; resolve salary/attendance/appraisal queries.
• Manage exits, final settlements, and issue relieving letters.
• Handle attendance, records, engagement, expenses and asset management.

Profile - HR Executive
Location - Gurugram, Haryana, India

Role: USA based Market Research Firm based in NJ, USA. Must have prior experience of working with a USA based company and familiar with their accounting practices.
Candidates with high initiative and a hands-on/can-do approach to business will thrive in this environment and will be met daily with new opportunities to facilitate the companys growth. What you would be doing

• Handling recruitment for junior, middle, and senior levels through various job portals, social media platforms and referrals.
• Screening candidate profiles, shortlisting through initial telephonic discussion and taking face-to face interviews of the potential candidates.
• Negotiate compensation for the final offer to selected candidates.
• Prepare offer letter/appointment letter and send over to selected candidates.
• Ensuring closure of open positions. of selected candidates
• Manage joining formalities, on-boarding and conduct induction for new employees.
• Completing all the documentation requirements of new employees.
• Generating employee ids and feeding employee details into HRMS portal
• Process Payroll & issue salary slips of existing employees.
• Resolving employee queries on salary, attendance, appraisal, additional resource requirements etc.
• Managing exit formalities, full and final settlements, and relieving/experience letters for departing employees.
• Other HR responsibilities - Attendance , Employee record keeping, Employee Engagement, Expense management, Asset management etc.

What we are looking for

• Must possess knowledge and hands on experience to set up accounting structure from scratch.
• Must have high level of organization skills and attention to detail.
• Work hours will be 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM Mon to Fri
• Comfortable working in the night shift
