Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination.
• Strong experience in offer management and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
