The role involves managing Wallet HR, payroll documentation, and coordinating relieving activities for staff in Chennai. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of HR experience, proficiency with HRMS software, and strong team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as HR executive or equivalent.
• Experience with HRMS Software.
• Ability to coordinate and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives, ensuring clarity and measurable targets.
• Manage the performance appraisal process.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on the process.
• Coordinate with employees for relieving process.
• Prepare acceptance letters and relieving letters.
• Additions and deletions of employees.
• Upload files in Wallet HR.
• Maintain Wallet HR data.
• Upload KRA/KPI data in Wallet HR.
• Coordinate for PF & ESI statutory work.
• Maintain employee database.
• Prepare monthly service anniversary report.
• Prepare payslips.
