AIEMTEK Private Ltd in Hyderabad, India is seeking an Admin & HR Executive to support the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll coordination and day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Post job vacancies on LinkedIn, Naukri and other relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners where required.
  • Manage new employee onboarding and joining documentation.
  • Coordinate employee background verification where applicable.
  • Set up employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate IT equipment, email accounts, access and other joining requirements.
  • Conduct or coordinate employee induction and orientation.
  • Manage exit formalities, company property returns and final documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee information throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
  • Track leave, attendance and employee-related information.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the company's payroll provider/Finance team.
  • Support employee benefits administration.
  • Prepare standard HR letters and documents, including employment confirmations, experience letters and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.
  • Assist management with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Liaise with landlords, vendors, service providers and other external parties.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
  • Maintain records for office expenses and administrative contracts.
  • Organise meetings, events and team activities.
  • Ensure the office environment is well organised and professionally maintained.
  • Coordinate with external HR, payroll, CA/CS and legal advisors on routine compliance matters.
  • Maintain employment and statutory documentation.
  • Support compliance with applicable employment and labour requirements.
  • Ensure HR records and documentation are complete and up to date.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Founder and management team.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports and trackers.
  • Support budgeting and monitoring of HR/admin expenses.
  • Assist with setting up new HR processes as the company grows.

Role

As an Admin & HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee administration, payroll coordination and day-to-day office operations.

You will also support the management team with general administration, documentation, vendor coordination and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
