Job summary

A growing renewable energy company seeks an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will handle HR operations, ensure compliance, and support in performance management. Applicants should possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualifications, with freshers being welcome. The role offers a salary of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in HR-related fields preferred.
• Fresher to 3 years of experience acceptable.
• Communication skills in Hindi, English, or Gujarati are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including JD creation, sourcing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding activities and documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll, and managing employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate performance management and HR MIS.
• Foster employee engagement through culture building and grievance handling.
• Support office coordination and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: End-to-end hiring process (JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Employee Onboarding: Induction, documentation, policy briefing

• HR Operations: Attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records

• Compliance: Labour law basics, statutory compliance support

• Performance Management: Appraisal coordination & HR MIS

• Employee Engagement: Culture building, activities, grievance handling

• Admin Support: Office coordination & internal communication

Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / BBA / Graduate (HR preferred)

• 📌 Experience:
