Job summary

Ecowiser, Hyderabad (On-site), is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support hiring, HR operations and people processes. The role requires 1–2 years in HR/recruitment and familiarity with recruitment portals; renewable energy hiring is a plus.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Solar, Wind, O&M, Projects and Corporate roles, coordinate interviews, onboarding and documentation, and maintain HR records. The position offers growth in a fast-scaling clean energy company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment.
• Experience in renewable energy hiring is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Solar, Wind, O&M, Projects, Corporate).
• Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Working closely with project and department heads on hiring needs.
• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintaining employee records and HR files.
• Assisting with attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR compliance.
• Supporting HR policies and internal communication.
• Liaising with recruitment portals, consultants, and candidates.
• Ensuring smooth joining and exit processes.
• Supporting corporate office HR activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring
