Job summary

ILI0S Power is seeking a Senior HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization, including Head Office and Project/Site locations.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HR experience with hands-on expertise in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Compliance and Administration.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
• 15+ years of HR experience with hands-on operations.
• Experience in Solar/renewable energy/EPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle across Head Office and Project/Site locations.
• Lead recruitment and manpower planning for corporate and project/site positions.
• Manage Payroll, Attendance, Leave and HRMS operations.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws, Contract Labour and other statutory requirements.
• Drive Performance Appraisal, Training & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Support project/site teams in manpower deployment, workforce management and HR-related requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS and management reports including headcount, recruitment, attrition and manpower status.
• Manage HR policies, processes and documentation.
• Oversee HR & employee-related administrative activities.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in HR / HR Operations – Mandatory.
• 15+ years of overall HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations.
• Experience across Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, PMS, Training & Development and Administration.
• Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Power / Infrastructure / Construction is preferred.
• Experience handling project/site workforce and multi-location HR operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
