Job summary

Shanku Medicity in Gujarat is seeking an HR payroll & compliance professional to manage payroll, statutory compliance and attendance administration. You will ensure accurate records, support audits, and coordinate with internal teams to implement HR processes.

The role requires 1–4 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BMS, or B.Com, with strong knowledge of statutory laws like PF and ESIC.

• Strong knowledge of banking processes and statutory payroll laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing including salary, PF, ESIC, gratuity, LWF and tax.

• Handle attendance and leave management systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular audits.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, P Tax, Bonus, Wages, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Statutory Laws.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws such as Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) etc.
• Handle attendance management system and leave management system effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliance role or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
