Job summary

Quadrant Televentures Limited in Mohali, Punjab, is seeking an HR Compliance specialist to manage end-to-end PF & ESIC operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support governance.

You will handle enrollments, exits, challans, maternity claims, training, and employee inquiries, while maintaining trackers and MIS reports. The role requires 1–4 years in HR compliance, knowledge of labor laws and the New Wage Code, and strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR Compliance and statutory matters.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and the New Wage Code.
• Strong liaisoning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end PF & ESIC operations, including employee enrollment, exits, and updates.
• Generate and process PF & ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Process ESIC maternity benefit claims and coordinate with employees for documentation.
• Conduct PF & ESIC awareness/training sessions for employees whenever required.
• Handle employee queries and concerns related to PF & ESIC and provide timely resolutions.
• Draft and respond to emails related to PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain PF & ESIC trackers, MIS reports, and statutory records.
• Ensure employee particulars are updated accurately on PF & ESIC portals.
• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related activities.
• Stay updated with the latest PF & ESIC rules, notifications, and labour law amendments
