Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience on new hire onboarding, off‑boarding and maintain employee records & Employee Confirmation
• To maintain and update HR policies
• HR Grievances
• Attendance & Payroll Management
• Responsible for submission of PF, ESI Declarations & Nomination form of new joined employee
• Online registration in EPF and ESI and update KYC detail of new Joiners
• HR Compliance Management
• Experience on HRMS software (Any)
• He/she will act as the primary point of contact for all employees on HR topics
