Job summary

FX Retina in Lucknow invites an HR Executive – Recruitment, HR Operations & Employee Engagement with 1–3 years of experience. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and related roles, plus onboarding, documentation, attendance and leaves.

You will implement HR policies, support employee engagement, maintain records and coordinate hiring plans with management. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, recruitment or operations experience.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, sales and internships.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview rounds and manage follow-ups.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management and exit formalities.
• Implement HR policies, workplace rules, and employee discipline procedures.
• Maintain employee records and support applicable labour law and statutory compliance.
• Listen to employee concerns, resolve workplace issues professionally, and maintain confidentiality.
• Support employee motivation, performance reviews, team engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with management on hiring plans, performance concerns and HR operations.
• Ensure employees understand company expectations, policies, and responsibilities.
