Job summary

Fx Retina is a Lucknow‑based performance marketing agency seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketer. You will plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for Lead Gen and D2C/E‑commerce brands.

You will monitor spend, optimize metrics, and collaborate with designers and copywriters to scale high‑performing campaigns from the Lucknow office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Proven experience in Meta Ads and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Experience managing D2C/E‑commerce advertising campaigns.
• Google Ads experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion tracking, marketing funnels, and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.
• Comfortable working full‑time from our office in Lucknow.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaigns for Lead Generation and D2C/E‑commerce businesses.
• Monitor daily ad spend, campaign performance, and account health.
• Optimise key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
• Develop testing strategies and scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for ad creatives.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and implement data‑driven optimisation strategies.
• Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and proactively resolve performance issues.
