You will publish daily to monthly dashboards, monitor headcount, attendance, attrition, joining/exits, diversity, and contract labour, while supporting onboarding, records, and gate pass administration.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of HR Operations/MIS experience in manufacturing, power, industrial, or IFM environments preferred.
• Experience creating HR dashboards and management reports.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, HRMS reporting and AI-enabled reporting skills.

• Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly HR dashboards for senior management.
• Track and analyze HR metrics: headcount, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, joins/exits, vacancies, contractor labour strength, and gender diversity.

• Create management presentations and workforce analytics reports.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Power BI AI, etc.) to improve reporting efficiency and insights.
• Support onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR communications.

• Coordinate joining and exit formalities and maintain employee master data.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Executive to manage HR operations, workforce administration, and HR MIS reporting. The role will focus on developing meaningful HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, HRMS systems, and AI-enabled reporting tools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

HR MIS & Workforce Analytics (Primary Responsibility)

• Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly HR dashboards for senior management.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics including headcount, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, joining, exits, vacancies, contract labour strength, and gender diversity.
• Develop and automate HR reports using Excel, Power BI, and HRMS data.
• Create management presentations and workforce analytics reports.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Power BI AI, etc.) to improve reporting efficiency and generate insights.

Employee HR Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Support onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR communications.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave records, and shift-wise manpower deployment.
• Generate daily attendance and manpower status reports.

Women Workforce Management

• Monitor women employee strength, attendance, retention, welfare initiatives, and shift-related requirements.
• Provide periodic diversity and inclusion reports.

Joining & Exit Management

• Coordinate onboarding and separation formalities.
• Maintain employee master data and conduct exit interviews.
• Track and report attrition trends.

Night Shift & Operations Reporting

• Maintain Night Shift Officer / Contract Labour Observation Reports.
• Publish exception and compliance reports.

Gate Pass Administration

• Manage employee and contractor gate pass records and reporting.

Contract Labour Compliance & Audit

• Support monthly contract labour audits and statutory compliance reviews.
• Maintain accurate contract workforce records and audit documentation.
