Job summary

ABC Lines is seeking an HR Generalist in Maharashtra to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll operations. The role focuses on attracting and hiring suitable employees and ensuring a smooth joining process.

You will handle employee concerns, run exit interviews, and help maintain compliance with labor laws while supporting a positive workplace culture. Relevant degree and candidate with relevant HR experience are welcome.
