Position: HR Executive

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will manage the hospital's recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR operations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure clear communication of company policies and procedures to employees.
• HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records including attendance, payroll, and leave management.
  • Process payroll and handle employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.
• Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and hospital regulations.
  • Manage employee health and safety regulations in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Ensure employees receive proper training related to their roles in the healthcare environment.
• HR Reporting:
  • Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
