Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking an HR Executive / Sr. Executive HR to join our hospital team in Boduppal, Hyderabad. The role focuses on hospital HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.

You will handle manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance with PF/ESI/PT, with emphasis on accurate HRMS and monthly MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• MBA or MHRM qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower plans based on patient volume and projections.
• Partner with hospital leadership to understand workforce needs.
• Oversee sanctioned strength, manpower utilization, vacancies, and manpower costs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
• Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.
• Support retention initiatives and employee experience programs.
• Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports.
• Assist in performance management activities.
• Perform additional HR responsibilities as assigned.
