Job summary

Auto Die Cast (india) seeks an HR Executive (ERP & HR Operations Focus) to own HR systems, enforce discipline, and ensure ERP data integrity across joiners, exits, leaves, and payroll. You will bridge shop-floor reality with system data and drive real-time manpower insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining HR ERP modules, coordinating with department heads, handling recruitment, and ensuring statutory compliance through ERP controls.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and maintaining HR ERP modules and data governance.
• Ability to enforce HR processes and ensure ERP accuracy.
• Experience aligning shop-floor reality with ERP data.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding within ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain HR ERP modules (Employee, Master, Attendance, Leave, Shifts, Payroll Inputs).
• Ensure accurate ERP data for joiners, exits, transfers, promotions, attendance, OT, and leave.
• Verify shop-floor attendance vs ERP and close gaps daily.
• Control attendance, shift, OT, and leave corrections through system workflow.
• Coordinate with department heads for real-time manpower and ERP updates.
• Validate ERP data before payroll and coordinate with Accounts for salary accuracy.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ERP activation for ITI, Diploma, Engineers, Executives, and Staff.
• Maintain digital employee records, documents, and verification status.
• Implement HR policies, discipline, and statutory compliance using ERP controls.
• Track warnings, disciplinary actions, probation, confirmations, and exits in ERP.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS (headcount, attrition, attendance, OT).
• Support manpower planning and management decisions with ERP-backed data.
• Ensure data integrity, access control, audit readiness, and ERP as single source of truth.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Admin, and Accounts for smooth HR operations.
