YAAS is a content and media studio building ambitious creator-led IPs and culture. We are hiring an HR Executive for Culture and Events to own employee engagement at YAAS in Bengaluru, shaping how it feels to work here through celebrations, rituals, and experiences.

You will plan and execute events end to end, build culture programmes from scratch, and collaborate with HR and leadership to reinforce our values. Bring energy and a knack for coordination.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in employee engagement, events management, HR, or a closely related function.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events end to end with minimal supervision.
• Strong vendor management and budgeting basics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans change and you adapt without drama.
• Based in Bengaluru or able to join onsite immediately.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the employee engagement calendar across the year: celebrations, team events, milestone moments, and culture rituals.
• Execute all events end to end: venue, logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, on-ground management, and post-event follow-through.
• Build culture programmes from scratch: onboarding experiences, recognition frameworks, team bonding initiatives, and internal traditions worth keeping.
• Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure engagement initiatives reflect and reinforce the values YAAS wants to be known for.
• Keep a consistent pulse on team morale and use that insight to shape what gets planned and when.
• Be the energy in the room when it matters, and the engine behind the scenes when it does not.

The culture inside a studio shapes everything that comes out of it. This role exists to build that culture intentionally, from the ground up.

The Role

We are hiring an HR Executive for Culture and Events to own employee engagement and culture-building at YAAS.

You are the person who decides what YAAS feels like to work at. The celebrations, the rituals, the games, the events, the random Tuesday that becomes a memory, all of it lives with you. You will plan it, execute it end to end, and make sure it flies.

If you are the person who has always been the one rallying the group, the one with seventeen tabs open planning the office party while somehow also being the loudest in the room, this role was written for you.
