Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Nagpur district, India. You will source, interview, onboard, and coordinate training for new hires while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, solid knowledge of employment laws, and proficient use of MS Office and recruitment software, with a focus on accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment services or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
