This role requires 3+ years in recruitment, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment services or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
