Job summary

E3 Group of Industries is hiring for an HR Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role in Delhi. The position requires 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end processes, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding. Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial recruitment is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in HR talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience is preferred.
