Job summary

Sapwood Ventures Bengaluru, India is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The role involves coordinating induction, payroll inputs, and attendance, while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, support performance reviews, and contribute to training programs, workforce analytics, and retention initiatives within a growing team of 25–50 staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
• Stakeholder management and employee engagement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
