Job summary

LOTL Infra in Pune is hiring an HR Executive to build and look after the HR team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment across creative, sales and operations, onboarding, attendance, leave and payroll coordination with accounts.

With 3+ years of HR experience, you will shape policies, manage performance cycles, and drive culture, engagement and retention for a fast-growing SME across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an agency, creative, media, design or fast-growing SME environment.
• You can hire well for very different roles, from a video editor in the morning to a sales manager by evening. You're organised without being rigid. People trust you, and founders listen to you.

LOTL Infra is a Strategic Investment & Design Ecosystem, operating since 2012 across real estate, architecture, interiors and design. Our team covers creative, production, operations and sales, and works across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and the UAE.
