Job summary

Cognibee Media in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a creative team with full-time staff and freelancers. The role is part-time, partly remote with regular check-ins at our Hyderabad office, focusing on hiring, onboarding, contracts, attendance and payroll inputs.

You'll set up simple HR policies for a growing team, handle team concerns, and contribute to a collaborative, discreet culture where creative work thrives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, with experience at a production house, agency, studio or media company.
• Experience managing a mix of full-time staff and freelancers.
• Organised, discreet and people-oriented.
• Working knowledge of Indian employment basics (contracts, PF/ESI, leave policies).

We need an experienced HR professional who understands how creative teams work: shoots, deadlines, travel and freelancers. This is a flexible, part-time role, partly remote, with regular check-ins at our Hyderabad office.
