Job summary

Kivi-Tronics Consulting in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate positions, and to oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, and employee documentation.

You will handle employee relations, engagements, performance appraisals, compliance with HR policies, and prepare MIS reports; collaboration with store managers and business teams is essential in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a retail or similar setup.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
