Cognida.ai is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, drive engagement, and coordinate payroll and benefits.

You will oversee attendance, documentation, policy compliance, and office operations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient people function in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Administration.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership and execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
