Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking an HR Executive (TA) with 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Catalogue and Operations. The role requires strong sourcing and screening skills and interaction with multiple stakeholders.

You will source via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, coordinate candidates, negotiate offers, and drive closures while handling multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Non-IT / Supply Chain / Logistics hiring experience preferred.
• Hands-on recruitment across multiple channels.
