Responsibilities

• Process payroll for contractor/temporary workers and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT).
• Reconcile payroll data and maintain payroll records.
• Track attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding; issue letters and onboarding docs.
• Organize training programs and track attendance and feedback; maintain training records.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and address queries/grievances.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain employee records; support audits and maintain records.

• Contractor Payroll& Compliance
  
• Process payroll forcontractor / temporary workers.
  
• Ensure statutorycompliances for contractors: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc. (similar toroles in manufacturing / industrial settings)
  
• Reconcile payrolldata, coordinate with accounts or payroll service providers.Maintainpayroll-related records for contractors.
  
• Track and maintaindaily attendance for both blue-collar (shop floor / contract) andwhite-collar staff.
  
• Manage leave records,overtime, shift schedules.
  
• Provide accurateattendance inputs for payroll processing.
  
• Recruitment &Onboarding
  
• Coordinate end-to-endrecruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  
• Prepare and issueoffer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  
• Facilitate induction/ orientation for new joiners.
  
• Training &Employee Development
  
• Organize trainingprograms (onboarding, compliance, skill development) Track trainingattendance, feedback, and maintain training records.
  
• Employee Engagement& Relations
  
• Plan and coordinateemployee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  
• Serve as point ofcontact to address employee queries and grievances.
  
• Statutory Compliance& Records Management
  
• Ensure compliancewith relevant labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.) for all employees.
  
• Maintain employeepersonal files, statutory registers, attendance, leave, payroll records.
  
• Support complianceaudits and prepare relevant documentation.
  

Analyze trends (attrition, absenteeism) and provide inputs to improve processes.

Requirements

Educational, Experience,Industry/Sector background, Skill Sets Required:

Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources,

Experience: 2–5 years (or as per your requirement) in HR operations / HRgeneralist role.

Priorexperience handling contractor workforce / payroll is a plus.

Familiaritywith Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, PT, etc.).

Goodworking knowledge of MS Excel, HR software / HRMS preferred.
