Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll data, attendance, leave records, and salary components.
  • Handle payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related regulations.
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll-related activities.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries and ensure smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Support audits and payroll compliance checks.
