Job summary

ACL Digital in Bangalore is seeking a proactive HR professional to own end-to-end Background Verification and onboarding processes for new hires. You will coordinate document validation, track SLA adherence, share BV reports with stakeholders, support exit activities, and assist with employee engagement across the Bangalore location.

Immediate joiner preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Background Verification process.
• Initiate BV for new joiners and ensure SLA adherence.
• Document validations post onboarding.
• Follow up for missing documents with employees.
• Share BV reports with stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with HRBP for red BGV cases till closure.
• Prepare monthly BV/onboarding reports for management.
• Provide backup support for onboarding ACL employees in Bangalore.
• Assist with exit formalities and issue relieving letters post clearance.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

• Own the end to end Background Verification process To initiate BV process for the new joiners Ensure 100% adherence to target general practise no days from the DOJ .
• Document Validations post Onboarding process
• Follow up for the missing documents with employees
• Ensure to complete BGV within SLA
• Sharing BGV reports with respective stakeholders as and when required
• Co-ordination with respective HRBP for Red BGV cases till closure
• Monthly Report to be shared with Management
• Backup Support for managing end to end On-Boarding process for all ACL employees in Bangalore location as per the requirement - ensure 100% documentation,
• Supporting on exit formalities and issuing releiving letter post clearance from all the departments as per the requirement
