Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced HR ERP Lead Functional Analyst to support global HR ERP implementations, including SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft. The role requires strong techno-functional skills, multi-country experience, and hands-on design, testing, and deployment capabilities.

You will work with HR stakeholders worldwide, translate business requirements into ERP solutions, and collaborate across geographies to standardize processes. BE/B.Tech or related master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR ERP/HR technology with understanding of core HR processes.
• Techno-functional consulting experience in HR ERP environments.
• Experience on global or multi-country HR projects.
• Strong requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of HR data, integrations, and ERP lifecycle.
• SAP SuccessFactors preferred; PeopleSoft or other HR ERP also considered.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

We are looking for an experienced HR ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support global HR ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with global HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Translate HR business requirements into effective ERP functional and technical solutions.
• Participate in global HR ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts.
• Contribute to workshops, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with functional, technical, integration, data, and project teams across geographies.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a bridge between HR business teams and technical/IT teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in HR ERP / HR technology, with good understanding of core HR processes.
• Hands-on techno-functional consulting experience in an HR ERP environment.
• Experience working on global/multi-country HR projects.
• Strong requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of HR data, integrations, and ERP implementation lifecycle.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred; PeopleSoft or other HR ERP experience can also be considered.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
