Job summary

Sopra Steria in Noida is seeking a senior SAP ABAP developer with 6–8 years of experience. You will design, develop and maintain ABAP-based solutions across SAP modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with RICEF objects and ABAP OO, and involves collaborating with functional teams to deliver robust SAP functionality from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE degree in engineering.
• 6–8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Noida location is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP modules across SAP releases.
• Design technical specs and ensure coding standards.

Job Description

• Good hands experience on RICEF objects. Especially Data Dictionary, any kind of internal table operation, Report, Open SQL, Module Pool programing and ALV (Object Oriented Way)
• Good Understanding around System Conversion/Upgrade
• Good Understanding on Module Pool
• Fair knowledge on ABAP OOPS, Enhancements and Forms
• Know how about Coding standards, Best practices and performance tuning.
• Good analytical and debugging skills.
• Should be able to understand Functional Requirement
• Should able to prepare Technical design & specification independently.
• Understanding of at least one SAP module.
