You will lead CSR volunteering programs, analyze engagement data, and develop data-driven strategies in collaboration with business and HR teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field from a B-school.
• 1-4 years of Employee Engagement experience.
