Job summary

BMW TechWorks India Private Limited is seeking a Manager - CSR & Employee Engagement to lead the CSR strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive social impact through strategic community initiatives and employee volunteering.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes in education, healthcare, environment, and community development. 6-8 years in CSR/ sustainability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Sustainability, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, employee engagement, or community development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with objectives and statutory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR initiatives in education, healthcare, environment, and community development.
• Manage CSR budgets, timelines, and partnerships with NGOs and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance.
• Monitor project performance, measure impact, and prepare reports and disclosures.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for proposed CSR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement programs to promote participation and culture.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, Finance, and business teams to promote social responsibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management, CSR Committee, and Board.

Role summary

The Manager - CSR & Employee Engagement will be responsible for driving the organization's CSR strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, managing social impact projects, and fostering a culture of employee volunteering and community engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful and measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, and community development.
• Manage CSR budgets, implementation timelines, and partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Monitor project performance, measure impact, and prepare periodic reports and disclosures.
• Conduct due diligence, needs assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed CSR initiatives.
• Conceptualize and drive employee engagement programs that promote employee participation and organizational culture.
• Design and execute campaigns to increase employee participation in CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, Finance, and business teams to promote a strong culture of social responsibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management, CSR Committee, and Board review.
